I have worked in kitchens since I started as a Kitchen Porter at the age of 15, I worked my way up to Sous Chef within 3-4 years and I have never looked back.
In 2015, I went onto Masterchef the Professionals (I was only 21 years old), this was a huge learning curve in how I approach food and creativity.
After Masterchef, I moved around a bit, working in some of the best kitchens in the area, such as The Grove Hotel 5*, The Alford Arms, and many more. I used this time to learn and develop my skills.
I have held positions as the Executive Head Chef at St Michael’s Manor in St Albans, and The Trooper (Top 100 UK Restaurants in The Good Food Guide), amongst other establishments. Now is the right time to do my own thing and have total creative freedom over the food I bring to you.
