I have worked in kitchens since I started as a Kitchen Porter at the age of 15, I worked my way up to Sous Chef within 3-4 years and I have never looked back.
In 2015, I went onto Masterchef the Professionals (I was only 21 years old), this was a huge learning curve in the way I approach food and creativity.
After Masterchef, I moved around a bit, working in some of the best kitchens in the area, for example; The Grove Hotel 5*, The Alford Arms and many more. I used this time to learn and develop my skills.
I was the Executive Head Chef at St Michael’s Manor in St Albans for the past couple of years, before deciding now is the right time to do my own thing and have total creative freedom over the food I bring to you.
Quality and care are at the heart of everything we do at Sean's Catering. We endeavour to use the freshest and most local ingredients wherever possible, whether for; our cakes and bakes, or our hot food options, including our fine-dining experiences (currently unavailable).

Located next to The George Pub at the heart of the High Street in Redbourn is our first shop; Sean's Bakery. Here you will find an exciting and delicious mix of freshly baked sweet treats, pastries and artisan breads. You can also enjoy build-your-own sandwiches and salads with a variety of enticing ingredients.
We offer incredible ice creams and milkshakes using our cakes and cookies to create unbeatable combinations.
